 Appreciate your food.  Eat with pleasure.

 Choose a diet rich in fruit and vegetables.

 Reduce the consumption of  denatured foods.

 Eat meat or fish at the most twice a week and buy meat from controlled farms which respect the animals’ biological rhythm.

 Take care of the proper functioning of your intestinal transit.  Eat fibres.

 Help your intestins by regularly consuming milk products rich in lactic acid (for example, yaourt, buttermilk).

 Drink at least two litres of  herb tea or mineral water per day.

 Reduce the consumption of coffee to one cup a day !

 As far as possible, buy only organically grown foods, and also cosmetics  or cleaning products without harmful chemical products.
