Sport, with pleasure

At competition times, I recommend taking at least 5 to 10 gr of chlorella a day.  Apart from these periods,  reduce the dose by  half.  In cases of  wounding,  take at least 10 gr of chlorella as extra supply.  I advise amateur sportspeople to take 5 gr of chlorella daily in periods of activity ;  in normal times, half of this dose is sufficient
